Strategic Planning is an integral part of the UNIS governance model. The planning
process involves the generation of ideas from the various constituents that
make up the UNIS community. These ideas are formed into initiatives that
are approved by the Board of Trustees. The initiatives are designed to
provide a road map for the improvement of the School.
