Uttara P. Marti

Uttara P. Marti is a Managing Director in Evercore’s Corporate Advisory business focused on advising clients in the healthcare services sector. Ms. Marti leads Evercore’s women’s, family and inclusive health advisory practice and oversees both the home / community-based health and rehabilitation / physical therapy practices. In addition, she serves as Co-Head of EverProud, Evercore’s LGBTQ+ Network. Prior to joining Evercore, she was an Associate at Galileo Global Advisors.

Born and raised in New York, Ms. Marti is a 1999 IB diploma graduate of the United Nations International School. She received her S.B. and M.Eng. in Electrical Engineering from The Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and her M.B.A from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Ms. Marti is a member of the 2023 class of the Nashville Health Care Council Fellows.

Ms. Marti serves on the Major Gifts Committee of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, on the Advisory Board of VoteRunLead and on the MIT Annual Giving Board. She enjoys travel, international literature, vegetarian cooking and baking as well as live arts and is an ardent supporter of the New York Knicks.
