"When we give cheerfully and accept gratefully, everyone is blessed. "Maya angelou
A guiding principle of the mission of the United Nations International School is that UNIS students must be part of a caring community which encourages them by example. Those who provide the example ‘to share and to care’ include their parents, our alumni, and our faculty and staff.
Sharing and caring comprises many touchstones including sharing ones time by volunteering at school, sharing ones resources by making financial or in-kind gifts, caring for our students by mentoring and offering guidance and expertise, and demonstrating caring by supporting the school in word and deed.
UNIS is the grateful benefactor of the generosity of parents, alumni, and friends who have supported the school’s important and beautiful mission for generations. We thank all of our supporters for sharing and caring for this small gem in our vast, global world.
