The Art of Theatre
Theatre at UNIS invites students to tell stories, explore ideas, and bring imagination to life.
From Junior School through Tutorial House, students develop creativity, confidence, empathy, communication skills, and the courage to take risks while discovering their unique voices as artists and collaborators.
The Main Stage Experience
The Main Stage Production program is a hallmark of Theatre at UNIS. From classroom performances to fully staged plays and musicals, students have opportunities to contribute both on stage and behind the scenes.
Whether performing, designing, building, managing, or creating original work, students experience the excitement, challenge, and joy of making theatre together.
Creating Theatre Together
Through acting, directing, design, technical theatre, playwriting, and production, students learn by thinking, making, and doing.
They work together to solve problems, make artistic choices, and transform ideas into performances that connect with audiences, build community, and inspire meaningful conversations.
