It's October 1962. The United States Air Force has discovered Soviet missiles and missile construction sites in Cuba, just 90 miles of the coast of Florida. The USSR has denied the presence of any offensive weapons and Cuba's priorities lie in self-defense and maintaining sovereignty. The UN Secretary General has called for an emergency, unprecedented, closed door session between the US, USSR, Cuba, and a few other relevant players. The council must act quick to avoid imminent nuclear danger.
